HAMMOND – As part of an ongoing narcotics investigation by the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, five more suspects have been arrested according to Sheriff Daniel Edwards.
Those arrested include Crystal Burise of 44646 Parsonage Rd. in Hammond, La. Burise was arrested and booked on two counts for distributing roxycodone.
James Butler of 70209 Rainey St. in Tangipahoa, La. was arrested and booked on one count for distributing hydrocodone.
Joshua Terrell (b/m 09/08/1987) of 706 Ave. C in Kentwood, La. was arrested and booked on one count for distributing a synthetic cannabinoid.
Carlton James of Tangipahoa, La. was arrested and booked on one count for distributing marijuana.
Keilon Washington of Kentwood, La. was arrested and booked on two counts for distributing marijuana.
Edwards said additional narcotic related arrests are believed to be forthcoming.
