Students will be allowed to voice their opinions during a Student Government Association sponsored Free Speech Alley on November 4th at 5 p.m.
The student body will have a chance to let their opinions about parking be heard in front of an academic panel.
“We want to keep the student body more informed. Through this program, they will be able to ask questions and finally get honest answers,” said Typer Bosworth, a senior political science major.
In order to keep the students in the loop of what is going on around campus, SGA has arranged this program to help the students feel like they are involved in the decisions being made.
“Instead of venting publicly, students will be able to get the answers they want and a better understanding of the problems,” said Marjorie Parker, a senior organizational communications major. “Our goal is to better inform our fellow classmates about the parking situation.”
The Free Speech Alley will be held in the Student Union Theater. For more information, contact the Student Government Association at (985)-549-2296.
