Mrs. Gemma joined the department in the fall of 2017. A philosopher at heart, she is the central hub that binds the department together. Her calm demeanor brings order to the chaos of the busy office. In her spare time, she bakes tasty bread and spends as much time as possible with her children and grandbabies.
