On Sunday, March 29 the Southeastern Foundation will host the 41st annual Chef’s Evening from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the REC.
As the university’s largest annual fundraising event, Chef’s Evening aids in the Foundation’s core mission to “secure, manage and steward the reputation, relationships, and resources for the advancement of the University.”
Beginning with a toast made by SLU President William Wainwright from 4 to 5 p.m. at his residence, Chef’s Evening will showcase local restaurants, bakeries and caterers for attendees to enjoy, as well as have auction items up for bid.
Proceeds from the auction will support student academic programs and scholarships.
