Tonight in Strawberry Stadium, Back That Pass Up (6-0) will face off against the Bayou Crawlers (4-1) in the Intramural Finals.

The co-ed intramural football game will start at 6:00 p.m., and there is no attendance fee. The winner of the game will then travel to Lafayette and compete in the State Co-ed Tournament, where one team from each Louisiana university will be in attendance.

This is the first time the teams will face off; Back That Pass Up team captain and senior general studies major Arief Harlan looks forward to playing in the stadium.

“We have played well all season long, and I have a lot of faith in the guys and girls on the team,” said Harlan. “I know we’ll bring it all on the field tonight, also. It is incredibly exciting to get to play on the field like the Lions football team.”

For information on which sports are offered next semester, go to IMleagues.com and register; players must be students or alumni with a Pennington membership in order to participate in intramurals.
