Daniel McClain is a communications major from Independence. He has been a staff reporter since Fall of 2019. He is apart of the SLU Lions Cheer team. During his spare time, he enjoys playing sports, listening to music and having fun with friends.

Junior offensive back Ferlando Jordan was named to the STATS FCS All-American third team after achieving various highlights throughout his athletic career. In the future, Jordan plans to become a better version of himself on and off the field.

The Lady Lions softball team finished the 2019 season with a 34-23 overall record. The team also finished with a total batting average of .315. Southeastern will begin its 2020 regular season against University of Buffalo on Feb. 7 at 4 p.m. at North Oak Park.
